Banana Bread

Made this with 2 ripe (not that ripe on the inside though) bananas and 1 frozen (and then unfrozen banana). Baked on top rack @350 for 55min. Toothpick came out gooey so I put it back in the oven for three more 5 min segments, half of which was not a full 350 yet. It came out still slightly undercooked though with a fantastic crust and a little too sweet.

Next time I would try 3/4 c sugar vs. 1 cup, would cook 55 min on the bottom rack, and then would keep it in the oven until the toothpick came out solidly clean.
