Breaded Cauliflower

Did half recipe.

Replaced Panko with toasted wheat bread broken up into pieces and blended in Vitamix at variable 1-3, shaking up once in a while to blend it all evenly into Panko sized pieces.

Replaced soy milk with Costco almond milk.
Did not make sauce.

Would add more cayenne next time.

Trial 2
Used oat milk instead and it didn't seem to stick as well (unless I just had higher standards)
Doubled the cayenne amount which made it nice and spicy.
